Single-side girder feeding viaduct box girder splicing method
The invention discloses a method for splicing box girders of a viaduct capable of feeding girders on one side, and relates to a bridge construction technology. The method comprises the steps that the integral bridge deck crane is installed at the top of a pier column, a first lifting appliance of the integral bridge deck crane lifts a box girder from one end of the pier column, moves the box girder to the top of the pier column and relieves lifting, and a second lifting appliance moves to the pier top to lift the box girder and moves the box girder to an installation position; and the first lifting appliance lifts the box girder from one end of the pier column again, and gluing, temporary prestress construction and permanent prestress construction are conducted on the box girders on the two sides. After the first section is spliced, the whole bridge deck crane is split into two bridge deck cranes; and the box girders on the two sides are conveyed to the installation position through the two bridge deck cranes and the walking trolley, and symmetrical suspension splicing is completed. And the procedures are repeated until the box girders at the pier positions are completely assembled. According to the method provided by the invention, single-side beam feeding and two-end splicing can be realized under the condition that the construction space of the viaduct crossing rivers and lakes or traffic-affected areas is limited.
本发明公开了一种单侧喂梁的高架桥箱梁拼接方法,涉及桥梁建设技术。本发明所提供的方法,包括:将整体式桥面吊安装于墩柱的顶部,其第一吊具从墩柱的一端起吊箱梁,并移动至墩柱顶部,解除吊装,第二吊具移动至墩顶处起吊箱梁并移动至安装位置;第一吊具再次从墩柱的一端起吊箱梁,将两侧箱梁进行涂胶、临时预应力施工和永久预应力预应力施工。待第一节段拼接完成后,桥面吊由整体拆分成两个桥面吊;通过两个桥面吊和行走小车将两侧箱梁运送到安装位置,并完成对称悬拼。重复上述工序,直至该墩位的箱梁全部拼装完成。本发明所提供的方法,可在高架桥跨越江河湖或交通影响的区域等施工空间受限的情况下实现单侧喂梁,两端拼接。
