The invention discloses a posture balance system in an open caisson project. On one hand, sudden sinking accidents of an open caisson body in the open caisson process can be avoided. And on the other hand, it can be guaranteed that the open caisson body is always kept perpendicular in the open caisson process, and inclination accidents are prevented. An open caisson engineering posture balance system comprises a balance base, the balance base is arranged on the outer side of a shaft, three or more sets of mechanical control units are arranged on the balance base and evenly distributed in the circumferential direction of the shaft, each set of mechanical control unit comprises a connecting mechanism, and the connecting mechanisms are arranged on tension synchronous numerical control jacks in a penetrating mode; the connecting end of the connecting mechanism is connected with the lower end of the shaft; and the tension synchronous numerical control jack transmits acquired data to the control unit.
