The invention provides a method for manufacturing a pile foundation for additionally installing an elevator, which comprises the following steps of: manufacturing a base plate, pre-embedding a claw type anchor rod, and reserving a pile pressing hole of which the cross section is in the shape of a wedge with a narrow upper part and a wide lower part; erecting static pile pressing equipment on the base plate, and pressing the precast pile into the foundation by the static pile pressing equipment; after the precast pile is pressed in, static pressure pile equipment is dismantled, anchoring steel bars are welded to the pile end, cross connecting steel bars are welded to the claw type anchor rod in a cross mode, and the anchoring steel bars, the cross connecting steel bars and the claw type anchor rod are welded into a whole; formwork erecting is conducted on the periphery of the claw type anchor rod, concrete is poured to cover the pile pressing hole, the prefabricated pile, the claw type anchor rod, the anchoring steel bars and the cross connecting steel bars, and the concrete and the base plate form a whole; according to the method, drilling is not needed firstly, counter force is provided for static pressure pile equipment through the dead weight of the base plate, the precast pile is locked through extrusion of the wedge-shaped pile pressing opening, the precast pile and the base plate are combined more tightly and firmly, construction is noiseless, muddy water cannot be discharged, pollution is avoided, and the construction efficiency is improved.
