The invention discloses a submarine ditching, cable laying and pipe laying robot which comprises a front jet cutter assembly installed on a main frame, the front jet cutter assembly comprises an installation support, an installation base, a front left jet cutter, a front right jet cutter, a first adjusting oil cylinder and a first waterway connecting flange, the installation support is fixed to the main frame through bolts, and the installation base is fixed to the main frame through bolts; the first adjusting oil cylinder comprises a first front left spraying cutter oil cylinder, a second front left spraying cutter oil cylinder, a first front right spraying cutter oil cylinder and a second front right spraying cutter oil cylinder. According to the seabed ditching device, through the arrangement of a double-jet mode, the function of pre-ditching can be achieved, and therefore the working efficiency of seabed ditching is improved; sludge accumulated on the track beam is flushed away in time, and stable walking and walking speed of the robot are guaranteed; the lifting assembly facilitates putting and recycling work of the robot, the use efficiency of the robot is improved, and the recycling difficulty is reduced.
