The invention discloses a field evapotranspiration water collecting and recycling system based on a water absorbing material regulated and controlled by temperature. The system comprises an evapotranspiration water collecting module located on the lower portion, an evapotranspiration water converting module located on the upper portion and the efficient water absorbing material regulated and controlled by the temperature. The system is provided with the collecting lens, a solar light source is fully utilized, photo-thermal energy radiation is provided for efficient water absorption materials, the water absorption and release process of the materials is accelerated, and the recycling efficiency of evapotranspiration water in the system is improved; the alloy material with good heat conduction performance enables other internal spaces except the water absorption material part to be balanced with the external temperature, temperature difference is formed in the spaces, and condensation of gaseous water in the spaces is facilitated; the system has the advantages of small volume, environment-friendly materials, no adverse effect on plant growth and environment, immediate release and use, spontaneous operation, immediate recharge, no limitation of terrain environment and the like, low cost and good stability, and can continuously provide certain water supplementation for crops and soil.
