Fabricated building beam column anti-seismic joint and construction method thereof
The invention discloses a fabricated building beam-column anti-seismic joint and a construction method thereof. The problems that an existing fabricated building beam-column joint is poor in structural anti-seismic performance, tedious in construction process, low in construction efficiency, high in construction cost and the like are solved. The tongue-and-groove joint of a first precast beam and a second precast beam of the anti-seismic joint is connected through two pairs of beam connecting pieces and bolt assemblies matched with the beam connecting pieces. The prefabricated column and the first prefabricated beam are integrally prefabricated; anti-seismic rubber pads are arranged on the connecting surfaces of the tongue-and-groove connecting parts; a plurality of pairs of circular bolt holes and a pair of strip-shaped bolt holes are respectively formed in two sides of each beam connecting piece; bolts penetrate through the circular bolt holes to fix the beam connecting piece to the first precast beam and the second precast beam, and the bolts penetrate through the strip-shaped bolt holes to achieve connection of the first precast beam and the second precast beam. An anti-seismic damper of the inclined strut is connected with a first embedded part on the outer wall of the prefabricated column and a second embedded part below the second prefabricated beam.
本发明公开了一种装配式建筑梁柱抗震节点及其施工方法,以解决现有装配式建筑梁柱节点存在的结构抗震性能不佳、施工过程繁琐、施工效率低、施工成本高等一系列问题。所述抗震节点的第一预制梁和第二预制梁的企口连接处通过两对梁连接件及与梁连接件配套的螺栓组件连接;预制柱和第一预制梁一体预制;企口连接处的连接面均设置有抗震橡胶垫;每个梁连接件的两侧分别开有若干对圆形螺栓孔和一对条形螺栓孔;螺栓穿过所述圆形螺栓孔,将梁连接件固定在第一预制梁和第二预制梁上,螺栓穿过所述条形螺栓孔实现所述第一预制梁和第二预制梁的连接;斜撑的抗震阻尼器连接预制柱外壁的第一预埋件和第二预制梁下方的第二预埋件。
