The buckling-restrained beam-column joint structure easy to replace comprises a cantilever beam section, a middle beam section, a web connecting piece and an energy dissipation assembly, and the web connecting piece and the energy dissipation assembly are both arranged between the cantilever beam section and the middle beam section; the top of the energy dissipation assembly is lower than the tops of beam wing plates of the cantilever beam section and the middle beam section and used for avoiding an upper floor slab. A through hole is formed in the center of the energy dissipation assembly. The web connecting piece penetrates through the through hole to connect the cantilever beam section and the middle beam section. The energy dissipation assembly and the web connecting piece are attached to beam webs of the cantilever beam section and the middle beam section, and the energy dissipation assembly bears plastic deformation and damage of the structure through out-of-plane buckling deformation of the energy dissipation assembly. The energy dissipation assembly is lower than the main body component, so that the energy dissipation assembly does not make direct contact with the upper floor slab, the performance of the energy dissipation assembly is prevented from being affected by the load of the upper floor slab, disassembly is easy after an earthquake, meanwhile, the web connecting piece is used for restraining out-of-plane yield of the energy dissipation assembly, and the energy dissipation performance of the energy dissipation assembly is improved.
