A fabricated building embedded part relates to the technical field of fabricated buildings and comprises an embedded body, an inserting sliding groove is formed in the front end face of the embedded body and penetrates through the left end face and the right end face of the embedded body, and connecting columns are welded to the middle portions of the upper end face and the lower end face of the front end of the embedded body in a left-right uniform distribution mode. The front end face of each connecting column is fixedly provided with a locking stud coaxially arranged with the connecting column, and the end faces of the upper side and the lower side of the front end of the embedded body are each provided with a matching block. According to the groove type embedded part, the matching block body with the detachable structural design is adopted to replace a bent part, corresponding to a groove opening part, of a traditional groove type embedded part, when the matching block body is deformed due to ultimate tensile load, it is not needed that the whole of the traditional groove type embedded part needs to be replaced, only the deformed matching block body needs to be detached and replaced, and therefore cost is reduced, and construction efficiency is improved. And the quality of the fabricated building component is not influenced.
一种装配式建筑预埋件,涉及装配式建筑技术领域,该预埋件包括预埋主体,预埋主体前端面开设有插接滑槽,且插接滑槽贯通预埋主体左端面及右端面,预埋主体前端的上下两侧端面中间部位均呈左右均匀分布状焊接有连接柱,且每根连接柱前端面均固定安装有一根与其同轴心设置的锁紧螺柱,预埋主体前端的上下两侧端面部位均设置有一块配合块体。本发明通过采用可拆卸结构设计的配合块体替代传统槽式预埋件对应槽口部位的折弯部位,当配合块体因极限抗拉负荷导致发生变形时,无需像传统槽式预埋件一般需要更换整体,只需拆卸更换已经发生变形的配合块体,从而降低成本,且不影响装配式建筑构件质量。
