The invention discloses a preassemblable multifunctional quickly-assembled ceiling board which comprises two suspension structures fixed to a wall and a hanger plate assembly arranged on the inner sides of the suspension structures, and the hanger plate assembly is assembled and quickly buckled between the two suspension structures to be fixed. The hanging plate assembly comprises two strip-shaped mounting plates, a plurality of first mounting structures used for fixing the hanging plates, a plurality of second mounting structures and a plurality of corresponding ceiling plates, the mounting plates are detachably connected with the first mounting structures and the second mounting structures, the suspension structure comprises a vertical plate, a supporting plate is arranged at the bottom of the vertical plate, and the supporting plate is detachably connected with the vertical plate. The top of the supporting plate is provided with a protruding strip, the top of the protruding strip is provided with an ingot, a strip-shaped sliding groove is formed between the protruding strip and the ingot, a reinforcing structure fixed to a wall is arranged at the top of the ingot, and a plurality of clamping groove holes are formed in the outer wall of the vertical plate at equal intervals.
