The invention relates to a prefabrication construction method for a water distribution wall. The water distribution wall with the holes in the upper portion is prefabricated and then installed in an assembly mode, the water distribution wall with the holes in the upper portion is prefabricated and produced, concrete vibration is easy, and the forming quality is high.
