In the using process, an extrusion block and a plugging head are pushed out from a through hole through an arranged hydraulic telescopic rod; the hydraulic telescopic rod can tightly insert the plugging head on one side of the extrusion block into the grouting hole in the surface of the prefabricated assembly wall, so that the grouting hole in the surface of the prefabricated assembly wall is plugged, mortar in the grouting hole in the surface of the prefabricated assembly wall is effectively prevented from flowing back and being discharged, and it is guaranteed that the mortar in the prefabricated assembly wall is smoothly fixed; a reciprocating frame can be driven by an arranged vertical lifting guide rail to vertically move in a reciprocating mode, and a lateral scraping plate can scrape off mortar attached to the surface of the prefabricated wall body when attached to the surface of the prefabricated wall body, so that the mortar quickly flows to the surface of an inclined flow guide groove from the prefabricated wall body, and the mortar recycling efficiency is improved conveniently; and meanwhile, the smoothness of the surface of the prefabricated wall body is ensured.
