Automatic lifting platform for underground garage
The underground garage automatic lifting platform comprises a lifting platform, a configuration chamber is formed in the ground under the lifting platform, a hydraulic cylinder, a control mechanism and four vertically-arranged hydraulic rods are arranged in the configuration chamber, the four hydraulic rods are distributed at the four corners in the configuration chamber, and fixing rods of the hydraulic rods are fixed to the bottom of the configuration chamber; the control mechanism comprises a control box, a controller is arranged in the control box, a plurality of liquid level sensors are installed on the side wall of the lifting table, and the lower wall of the lifting table is fixedly connected with the upper ends of four hydraulic rods; a flood prevention cover is arranged between the lower wall of the lifting platform and the upper port of the configuration chamber, the upper end of the flood prevention cover is hermetically connected with the lower wall of the lifting platform, and the lower end of the flood prevention cover is hermetically connected with the upper port of the configuration chamber. The water level in the underground garage can be monitored in real time, the lifting platform can be automatically lifted, vehicles are protected from being flooded, time and labor are saved, preventive measures are taken, normal work of indoor equipment is guaranteed, and the service life of the equipment is prolonged.
本发明公开了一种地下车库自动升降平台,包括升降台,在升降台正下方的地面开设有配置室,配置室内设置有液压缸、控制机构和四个竖直布置的液压杆,四个液压杆分布在配置室内部四角,液压杆的固定杆固定在配置室底部,控制机构包括控制盒,控制盒内设置有控制器,升降台侧壁上安装有若干个液位传感器,升降台下壁与四个液压杆上端固定连接;升降台下壁与所述配置室上端口之间设置有防汛罩,防汛罩上端与升降台下壁密封连接,防汛罩下端与所述配置室上端口密封连接。本发明不仅能够实时监测地下车库内的水位,实现自动抬升升降台,保护了车辆免受水淹,省时省力,做到防患于未然,而且保证了配置室内设备的正常工作,延长了设备的使用寿命。
