The invention relates to bridge engineering cast-in-situ bored pile construction, in particular to an assembly type pile foundation drilling platform and a construction method. Comprising a plurality of unit boxes and a slurry circulating device, the unit boxes are hollow box bodies capable of storing slurry, the unit boxes are connected with one another to form a platform foundation with a flat upper end face, and each unit box is provided with a first communicating structure communicating with the slurry of the adjacent unit box and a second communicating structure communicating with a pile foundation hole; and the slurry circulating device is communicated with one of the plurality of unit boxes and is used for preparing slurry before pile foundation construction and treating the slurry after the pile foundation construction. According to the drilling platform, a green slurry circulating system including slurry stirring, storing, using, recycling, slurry and slag separating treatment, recycling and the like is formed, the drilling construction method based on the drilling platform is easy to implement, safe, reliable and convenient to operate, the soft soil foundation pile foundation construction period is shortened, the construction quality is guaranteed, and the construction cost is reduced.
