Efficient lining TBM rock burst tunnel formwork trolley
The invention relates to an efficient lining TBM rockburst tunnel formwork trolley which comprises a supporting frame. The walking system is arranged on the lower side of the supporting frame body and used for achieving walking movement of the supporting frame body; the formwork system is arranged on the supporting frame body, comprises an adjustable formwork assembly and is used for pouring tunnel wall concrete; the material distribution system is arranged on the supporting frame body and conveys concrete materials to the pouring space; the vibrating system is arranged on the template assembly and is used for vibrating the poured concrete material; and the additional device is arranged on the supporting frame body, comprises a belt frame, an air pipe bracket, a water pipe bracket, a water pipe suspension and a cable bracket, and is used for ensuring continuous supply of wind power, water power and electric power. By optimizing the structure, reasonably configuring the subsystems, adding additional devices and simplifying the construction process, time waste caused by re-lap joint of wind, water and electricity facilities is avoided, lining work is effectively matched with the TBM excavation progress, and then the purpose of improving the construction efficiency is achieved.
本发明涉及一种高效衬砌的TBM岩爆隧道模板台车,包括:支撑架体;行走系统,设置在支撑架体下侧,用于实现支撑架体的行走移动;模板系统,设置在支撑架体上、包括可调节的模板组件,用于浇筑隧道洞壁混凝土;布料系统,设置在支撑架体上,向浇筑空间输送混凝土料;振捣系统,设置在模板组件上、对浇筑的混凝土料进行振捣;附加装置,设置在支撑架体上,包括皮带架、风管托架、水管支架、水管悬吊和电缆支架,用于保证风力、水力、电力持续供应。通过结构优化、合理配置各子系统、增加附加装置,精简施工工序,避免因重新搭接风水电设施造成的时间浪费,使衬砌工作有效配合TBM开挖进度,继而达到提升施工效率的目的。
