The invention discloses an easy-to-install recoverable pressure type anchor rod, and relates to the field of anchor rods. According to the technical scheme, the recoverable pressure type anchor rod comprises a rod body and an anchor head; the front end of the rod body is hinged to the middle of the anchor head, and a pull-back resistance structure is arranged on one side of the anchor head. The rotatable anchor head is adopted and swings to make contact with the hole wall when pulled back, the friction force can be improved, the anchor rod is tensioned, due to the fact that pin hole matching is adopted, when the anchor head is inserted, the situation that the anchor head swings is avoided, and the anchor head can be inserted inwards more conveniently for installation; and when the jack fails, the front end head can be separated by rotating the rod body if the front end head is not needed or is disassembled subsequently, so that the rod body is recycled.
