The invention provides a method for automatically judging the disturbance sensitive period by monitoring the pore negative pressure of the poured concrete in real time. Therefore, the disturbance sensitive period can be completely avoided by scientifically arranging construction organizations, disturbance damage of axle coupling loads to newly-poured concrete is avoided from the angle of the construction technology, and meanwhile the anti-disturbance capacity of concrete materials can be utilized to the maximum degree. And the interference of concrete pouring in reconstruction and extension construction on the normal operation of the existing traffic system is greatly reduced. Remote, real-time and automatic monitoring of the pore negative pressure can be realized, and a signal is transmitted to a mobile phone terminal, so that intelligent control of traffic interruption is realized.
