The invention discloses an asphalt pavement structure layer modulus inversion method fused with multi-source information, which comprises the following steps of: obtaining pavement deflection and load center structure layer strain information within a certain range of a load center under the action of a load through a drop weight deflectometer test; a pavement structure layer modulus initial value is stipulated and substituted into a forward modeling algorithm, and pavement deflection and structure layer stress of the asphalt pavement structure under the load action of the drop weight deflectometer are calculated; comparing the difference value with a specified threshold value according to the measured value and the calculated value; when the difference value is larger than a specified threshold value, the pavement structure layer modulus parameter continues to be optimized until the difference value between the calculated value and the measured value of the optimized structure layer modulus is smaller than an allowable threshold value, and the structure layer modulus at the moment is the actual pavement structure layer modulus. According to the method, the problem of lack of multi-source information fusion in an existing asphalt pavement structural layer modulus inversion method is solved, and the structural layer modulus inversion calculation precision is improved.
