The invention relates to the technical field of photovoltaic support supporting, in particular to a flexible support anchor cable structure which comprises a steel strand, an automatic tightness adjusting module and a reinforcing module, and one end of the steel strand extends into a hole drilled by pile machine equipment; an automatic tightness adjusting module is further mounted on the outer side of the steel strand; a plurality of groups of reinforcing modules are further mounted on the outer sides of the steel strands in the concrete; when the device is used, punching is conducted through a pile machine, then the anchorage device, the anchorage device clamping plate and the steel strand are extruded to be assembled, the steel strand and the photovoltaic support are connected and assembled through the anchorage device, the other end of the steel strand is located in a hole site, then M50 slurry is poured, and the support can be fixed by adjusting the tightness automatic adjusting module; the anchor cable foundation and the steel strands are arranged in an inclined mode, the inclination angles are consistent, the counter-pull acting force of the steel strands can be directly matched with a photovoltaic support, only the steel strands exist above the ground, and the foundation cannot be damaged when the steel strands are stressed.
本发明涉及光伏支架支撑技术领域,尤其为一种柔性支架锚索结构,包括钢绞线、松紧度自动调节模块和加固模块,所述钢绞线的一端伸入至桩机设备钻设的孔洞之中;所述钢绞线的外侧还安装有松紧度自动调节模块;位于所述混凝土内部的钢绞线外侧还安装有多组加固模块;本发明在使用时,通过桩机打孔,然后通过挤压锚具、锚具卡板和钢绞线组装,锚具将钢绞线与光伏支架进行连接组装,并且钢绞线的另一端位于孔位内部,然后灌注M50座浆料,通过调整松紧度自动调节模块即可实现对支架的固定,这种设置锚索基础和钢绞线均呈倾斜设置,并倾斜角度一致,其钢绞线的反拉作用力可以直接与光伏支架配合,地面以上仅存在钢绞线,受力时不会对基础造成损伤。
