The present invention relates to a masonry angle steel system for improving heat insulation performance and constructing an exterior wall decorative material, the masonry angle steel system comprising: a heat insulation bracket for pressing and fixing a heat insulation material formed on the outer surface of a wall body in the direction of the wall body; two or more fixing anchors coupled to one surface of the heat-insulating bracket and inserted into the wall body to fix the heat-insulating bracket to the wall body; a support angle bar formed in an L shape and coupled to one surface of the heat-insulating bracket to support a decorative block formed on the outer surface of the heat-insulating material so as to disperse a load; and the connecting bolt is combined with one surface of the supporting angle steel and then connected with the other surface of the heat insulation support, so that the position of the supporting angle steel is fixed through the heat insulation support.
