The invention relates to a precast pile test device, which comprises a test box, a horizontal load assembly, a vertical load assembly and a detection assembly, and is characterized in that the test box is used for placing a precast pile to be tested; the horizontal load assembly is used for applying a horizontal load to the to-be-tested precast pile; the vertical load assembly is located at the top of the to-be-tested precast pile and comprises a support and a cross beam, one end of the cross beam is rotationally connected to the support, the other end of the cross beam is provided with a force application piece, the force application piece is used for applying force to one end of the cross beam, the bottom of the cross beam is provided with an abutting piece, one end of the abutting piece is fixedly connected to the cross beam, and the other end of the abutting piece abuts against the to-be-tested precast pile. The abutting piece is used for applying a vertical load to the to-be-tested precast pile; the detection assembly is used for detecting test parameters of the to-be-tested precast pile. According to the precast pile test device disclosed by the invention, various different relatively accurate vertical loads can be flexibly adjusted to be applied to the precast pile to be tested, so that the precast pile test device disclosed by the invention can obtain more accurate test data.
