The invention provides a pitched roof cornice structure of a passive building and a construction method of the pitched roof cornice structure. The pitched roof cornice structure comprises a pitched roof reinforced concrete structural slab, a cement mortar leveling layer, a vapor-proof coiled material, a first-layer wood keel, a second-layer wood keel, a waterproof coiled material, a fine aggregate concrete protective layer, counter battens, roof battens and roof tiles which are sequentially arranged from bottom to top. The first-layer wood keels are laid in the direction parallel to the ridge, and first-layer heat preservation plates are laid in gaps of the first-layer wood keels. The second-layer wood keels are laid in the direction perpendicular to the ridge, the second-layer wood keels are raised in the direction perpendicular to the ridge to form cornice main keels and eave gutter stress keels, and second-layer heat preservation plates are laid in gaps between the second-layer wood keels. According to the roof construction system, the roof can extend out of the eave deeply, the performance requirement for wind pressure resistance of the roof is met, meanwhile, the roof enclosure structure system jointly composed of the fireproof and anti-corrosion wood keels and the heat preservation system is firmly connected with the construction system composed of the block tiles and the steel keels, and no cold and hot bridge association exists on the construction.
本发明提供了一种被动式建筑的坡屋面挑檐结构及其建造方法,包括由下至上依次设置的:坡屋面钢筋混凝土结构板、水泥砂浆找平层、隔汽卷材、首层木龙骨、二层木龙骨、防水卷材、细石混凝土保护层、顺水条、挂瓦条以及屋面瓦,首层木龙骨平行于屋脊方向铺设,首层木龙骨的间隙铺设有首层保温板;二层木龙骨垂直于屋脊方向铺设,且二层木龙骨垂直于屋脊方向出挑形成有挑檐主龙骨及檐沟受力龙骨,二层木龙骨的间隙铺设有二层保温板。本发明的屋面构造体系,可实现屋面深出檐,并且满足屋面抗风压的性能要求,同时防火防腐木龙骨与保温共同组成的屋面围护结构体系,与块瓦、钢龙骨组成的构造体系既牢固连接,在构造上又无冷热桥关联。
