The invention discloses a large outrigger canopy structure which comprises a wall body, a first anchor plate arranged on the top of the wall body, a second anchor plate arranged on the side portion of the wall body, a large outrigger arranged on the first anchor plate and the second anchor plate and an aluminum plate frame wrapping the outer wall of the large outrigger to form a canopy, and the large outrigger comprises a first outrigger and a second outrigger arranged at the front end of the first outrigger. The first outrigger comprises a first aluminum square tube arranged on the first anchor plate, a third aluminum square tube arranged on the first aluminum square tube, a second aluminum square tube arranged on the second anchor plate and a fourth aluminum square tube arranged at the front end of the third aluminum square tube and connected with the second aluminum square tube. The second outrigger comprises an upper aluminum square tube and a lower aluminum square tube which are arranged on the fourth aluminum square tube, a top aluminum square tube connected with the front end of the lower aluminum square tube is arranged at the front end of the upper aluminum square tube, the structure is stable, and the bearing capacity is good; the invention further discloses a construction method of the large-cantilever-beam canopy, construction of the large-cantilever-beam overhanging type canopy can be achieved, construction is convenient, and manpower and material resources can be saved.
