By arranging the rotating rod, the rotating rod rotates to be parallel to the supporting rod when not in use, the rotating rod rotates to be perpendicular to the supporting rod and is in lap joint with the lap joint block of the other supporting device when in installation, and after lap joint, the rotating rod rotates to be perpendicular to the supporting rod and is in lap joint with the lap joint block of the other supporting device.
