The invention relates to a high-rise building self-lifting discharging platform and a construction method thereof.The high-rise building self-lifting discharging platform comprises a platform main beam, three structural beams arranged side by side and a guide rail sliding up and down along one sides of the three structural beams, the lower end of the guide rail is rotationally connected with the platform main beam, the platform main beam is horizontally arranged, and each structural beam is provided with a fixing mechanism; the top of the upper fixing mechanism is provided with a guide rail limiting part, an inhaul cable and a safety cable are arranged between the middle fixing mechanism and the right side of the platform main beam, and the lower fixing mechanism is detachably connected with the left side of the platform main beam. The lower end of the platform main beam is provided with traction winding drums located on the front side and the rear side of the double-shaft driving motor respectively, traction ropes are wound around the traction winding drums, one end of each traction rope is connected with the fixing mechanism on the upper portion, and output shafts at the two ends of the double-shaft driving motor are correspondingly connected with the two traction winding drums respectively.
