The invention relates to a vehicle door emergency opening system which comprises a trigger module, a vehicle body controller BCM and at least one vehicle door bounce-off mechanism. The triggering module responds to an external triggering condition and is used for generating a vehicle door bounce-off signal after being triggered, and the vehicle body controller BCM responds to the vehicle door bounce-off signal and sequentially outputs a vehicle door lock opening signal and a vehicle door bounce-off mechanism execution signal so as to be used for opening a vehicle door lock and controlling the vehicle door bounce-off mechanism to bounce off a vehicle door.
