The invention belongs to the technical field of corn irrigation, and particularly relates to a saline-alkali soil corn irrigation water-saving system which comprises a water collecting tank, supporting legs fixedly connected to the positions, close to the four corners, of the bottom face of the water collecting tank, and conical inserting rods fixedly connected to the bottom ends of the supporting legs. A rainwater filtering assembly is fixedly installed on the surface of the water collecting tank and comprises a filtering plate, a positioning block, a first sliding rod, a reciprocating lead screw, a U-shaped moving plate and bristles, and a water pressure balancing assembly is fixedly installed on the bottom face of the water collecting tank. The water pressure balance assembly comprises a connecting column, a water conveying pipeline, a water pressure balance box, a first water outlet pipe, a third rotating rod and a valve plate, the water-saving irrigation assembly is fixedly installed at the bottom end of the first water outlet pipe, and the water-saving irrigation assembly comprises a water distribution box, a first water conveying pipe, a rectangular transition box and an L-shaped water conveying pipe. The soil salinization degree is reduced, and the growth and yield of corn are improved.
