The invention provides a harmless treatment method for steel slag. The steel slag and an aluminum sulfate material and/or an alum material are jointly ground until the specific surface area is not less than 200m < 2 >/kg. The invention further provides the steel slag which is harmless to the building materials and obtained through the harmless treatment method and application of the steel slag to preparation of cement-based materials. According to the harmless treatment method for the steel slag, low-activity oxides such as free calcium oxide and free magnesium oxide in the steel slag can be effectively removed, so that the risk of poor stability of cement-based building materials caused by the steel slag is reduced, and the utilization rate of the steel slag in manufacturing of the building materials is increased.
本发明提供一种钢渣无害化处理方法,是将钢渣与硫酸铝类材料和/或明矾类材料共同粉磨至比表面积不低于200m2/kg。本发明还提供所述无害化处理方法处理得到的对建材无害的钢渣,及其在制备水泥基材料中的应用。本发明所述的钢渣无害化处理方法可以有效去除钢渣中的游离氧化钙和游离氧化镁等低活性氧化物,从而降低了钢渣对水泥基建材带来的安定性不良风险,提升了钢渣在建筑材料制造中的利用率。
