The invention provides a whole-body antibacterial quartz stone and a preparation process thereof. The whole-body antibacterial quartz stone is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by mass: 50-55 parts of quartz sand, 28-32 parts of quartz powder, 10-15 parts of composite resin, 0.1-0.2 part of a curing agent and 5-7 parts of an antibacterial material. Butyl p-hydroxybenzoate is loaded by sepiolite, so that the antibacterial property of butyl p-hydroxybenzoate in a quartz stone material is improved. Meanwhile, the sepiolite is further modified, so that the antibacterial durability of the quartz stone is improved. The quartzite resin and the epoxy resin are compounded as the adhesive, so that the dry bending strength of the quartzite material is improved; under the conditions, the hardness and the aging resistance of the quartz stone plate are improved at the same time. The whole-body antibacterial quartzite has the advantages of high efficiency, no toxicity, easiness in surface cleaning and the like. The non-toxic antibacterial quartz stone product is obtained through special identification and detection, and the antibacterial performance reaches 99.99% and exceeds the international standard by 10%.
