The invention provides an organic-geopolymer coated microorganism mineralized steel slag brick and a preparation method thereof, the preparation method comprises the following steps: S1, soaking steel slag in a microorganism bacterium solution with a calcium precipitation inducing effect for a certain time, and then taking out the steel slag; s2, dissolving an organic polymer or a monomer thereof in an aqueous solution of an alkali activator, then adding a silicon-aluminum raw material and the steel slag soaked in the step S1, and uniformly mixing to obtain slurry; and S3, carrying out static pressure molding on the slurry obtained in the step S2, and curing to obtain the organic-geopolymer wrapped microorganism mineralized steel slag brick. The non-uniform expansion of the organic-geopolymer coated microorganism mineralized steel slag brick prepared by the method is obviously inhibited, and the organic-geopolymer coated microorganism mineralized steel slag brick is high in stability and excellent in mechanical property.
本发明提供了一种有机‑地聚合物包裹的微生物矿化钢渣砖及其制备方法,制备方法为:S1.将钢渣浸泡于具有诱导钙沉淀作用的微生物菌液中,浸泡一定时间后取出;S2.将有机聚合物或其单体溶于碱激发剂水溶液中,然后加入硅铝质原料和步骤S1中浸泡后的钢渣,混合均匀得到浆体;S3.将步骤S2得到的浆体静压成型、养护得到所述有机‑地聚合物包裹的微生物矿化钢渣砖。本发明制备得到的有机‑地聚合物包裹的微生物矿化钢渣砖的不均匀膨胀得到明显抑制,且安定性高,力学性能优异。
