The invention discloses a composite prefabricated integrated outer wall structure, a building structure and a construction method. The integrated outer wall structure comprises a shear wall which comprises at least two sub shear walls arranged at intervals, so that a hole is formed between every two adjacent sub shear walls; the connecting beams are connected to the tops of the two adjacent sub shear walls, and horizontal ribs which are as long as the shear walls are pre-buried in the connecting beams; the window is arranged at the hole and located below the connecting beam, and the window extends towards the outer side of the shear wall; wherein the shear wall, the connecting beam and the window are integrally formed in a pouring mode so as to be prefabricated to form an integrated outer wall structure; a vertical cavity is reserved in the integrated outer wall structure and penetrates through the sub shear walls and the connecting beams in the height direction of the shear walls so that the first embedded steel bars on the ground can be anchored into the vertical cavity. According to the integrated outer wall, various components such as the connecting beam, the window and the shear wall are compounded into a prefabricated component, factory production of the prefabricated component is improved, the engineering amount of site construction is reduced, and the structural stability is good.
本发明公开了一种复合式预制一体化外墙结构、建筑结构及施工方法。该一体化外墙结构包括剪力墙,包括至少两个间隔设置的子剪力墙,以使相邻两个子剪力墙之间形成洞口;连梁,连接于相邻两个子剪力墙的顶部,且连梁内预埋有与剪力墙通长的水平筋;窗,设置于洞口处,并位于连梁的下方,且窗朝向剪力墙的外侧延伸;其中,剪力墙、连梁和窗一体浇筑成型,以预制形成一体化外墙结构;一体化外墙结构上预留有竖向空腔,竖向空腔沿剪力墙的高度方向贯穿子剪力墙和连梁,以使地面的第一预埋钢筋能够锚入竖向空腔内。该一体化外墙将连梁、窗、剪力墙多种构件复合成为一个预制构件,提高了预制构件工厂化生产,减少了现场施工的工程量,并且结构稳定性好。
