Polyurethane foam material and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to the field of polyurethane foam materials, in particular to a polyurethane foam material and a preparation method thereof.The polyurethane foam material comprises a plate-shaped foam material body internally wrapped with an inner frame, two sleeves are arranged on the inner frame and penetrate through the foam material body, and the two sleeves are used for penetrating through screws to be fixed to the wall face. The method comprises the following steps that S1, during preparation, a conveying belt I, a conveying belt II and two conveying side belts are driven to rotate at the same time, so that the inner wall of a rectangular frame hole moves backwards at the same time; s2, while the conveying belt I rotates, the inner frames are sequentially arranged into rectangular frame holes; s3, a polyurethane foaming material is evenly sprayed to a front end opening of the rectangular frame hole through the two spray heads at the same time, and the polyurethane foaming material wraps the inner frame to enter the rectangular frame hole to be formed; and S4, a continuously-formed plate body is obtained at the rear end of the rectangular frame hole, a gap between every two adjacent inner frames is cut off, and a plate-body-shaped foaming material body is obtained. The anti-falling structure can be prevented from falling off from an outer wall body.
本发明涉及聚氨酯发泡材料领域，特别是一种聚氨酯发泡材料及其制备方法，包括内部包覆有内架的板体状发泡材料本体，所述内架上设有两个套管，两个套管贯穿泡材料本体，两个套管用于贯穿螺钉与墙面固定。该方法包括以下步骤：S1、在制备时，同时传动输送带Ⅰ、输送带Ⅱ及两个输送侧带转动，使矩形框洞的内壁同时向后移动；S2、输送带Ⅰ转动的同时，将会使内架依次排列进入矩形框洞内；S3、同时通过两个喷头向矩形框洞前端口处均匀喷洒聚氨酯发泡材料，使聚氨酯发泡材料包覆内架进入矩形框洞内成型；S4、在矩形框洞后端得到连续成型的板体，并在相邻两个内架之间的缝隙进行截断，得到板体状发泡材料本体。本发明能够避免在外墙体脱落。
