The structure comprises prefabricated UHPC end U-shaped plates arranged at the two ends of a RC beam to be reinforced in a sleeving mode and a plurality of prefabricated UHPC middle U-shaped plates arranged between the two prefabricated UHPC end U-shaped plates, prefabricated reinforcing steel plates are arranged in the prefabricated UHPC end U-shaped plates and the prefabricated UHPC middle U-shaped plates, and the prefabricated reinforcing steel plates are arranged in the prefabricated UHPC end U-shaped plates and the prefabricated UHPC middle U-shaped plates.
