The self-resetting mechanism comprises a rotating joint assembly with the two ends rotationally connected with the first hoop and the second hoop correspondingly, and a spring damper arranged on the rotating joint assembly. A limiting adjuster is arranged on the second hoop and comprises a fixed plate and a sliding plate connected with the fixed plate in a sliding mode, and the sliding plate is connected with the rotating joint assembly. The self-resetting mechanism can also show the semi-rigid connection characteristic and can work in cooperation with the mortise and tenon joint, the situation that the original mortise and tenon joint loses the energy dissipation capacity due to overcorrection is avoided, and when the shaking amplitude is too large, a limiting adjuster can be started to limit excessive rotation of the joint, and the joint rigidity is improved.
