The parking waiting area is provided with a plurality of parking channels in the circumferential direction. The automobile storing, taking, carrying and distributing system is composed of a rotating platform, a lifting system and automobile carriers. The automobile carrier is arranged on an automobile carrying platform of the lifting system and can move up and down along with the automobile carrying platform. The lifting system is arranged on the rotating platform and can horizontally rotate along with the rotating platform; and the automobile carrier is a bidirectional traction automobile carrier. The rotating platform capable of rotating horizontally is matched with the lifting system in gear and rack meshing transmission, the structure is simple, and operation is stable; the vehicle carrier capable of achieving two-way traction is high in integration, small in self weight, flexible in operation, high in action accuracy and capable of greatly improving the vehicle storing and taking efficiency. The underground multi-layer three-dimensional parking space is formed by the steel structure frame and the continuous anti-seismic walls, construction is convenient, structural stability is good, and safety is high.
