The invention provides a civil engineering foundation pit protection structure which comprises baffles symmetrically arranged on the inner wall of a civil engineering foundation pit and used for protecting soil on the inner wall of the foundation pit. The assembly plates are fixed to the tops of the corresponding baffles, detachable protective fences are arranged on the corresponding assembly plates, and the protective fences are formed by splicing transverse coamings and side coamings. According to the civil engineering foundation pit protection structure provided by the scheme, the problems that a traditional foundation pit protection structure such as a protective fence has a limited effect on preventing rainwater from invading, rainwater easily enters the foundation pit through a gap or an opening in a rainy season or during sudden rainfall, water accumulated in the foundation pit is serious, and the foundation pit collapse risk is increased are solved; and meanwhile, the construction safety and progress are influenced.
