The invention relates to a seawater desalination method and a corresponding seawater desalination product, and relates to the technical field of seawater desalination. The seawater desalination method comprises the following steps: acquiring environmental parameters of a heat storage water tank for heating stored seawater, the temperature of a heat storage temperature control layer corresponding to a phase change heat storage temperature control layer arranged on the outer side of the heat storage water tank, and the liquid outlet temperature corresponding to a liquid outlet of the heat storage water tank in real time, the heating mode of the heat storage water tank is determined according to the environmental parameters, the temperature of the heat storage temperature control layer and the liquid outlet temperature; in the hot mode, a membrane type humidifier connected with the liquid outlet and a condenser connected with the membrane type humidifier are utilized to obtain air condensation fresh water; and conveying the seawater discharged by the membrane humidifier to an evaporation pond to obtain seawater condensed fresh water. The embodiment of the invention can realize seawater desalination.
