Coral sand concrete and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to glass fiber coral sand concrete and a preparation method thereof. The glass fiber coral sand concrete is prepared from the following components in parts by mass: 650 to 655 parts of cement, 18 to 36 parts of nano calcium carbonate, 100 to 102 parts of fly ash, 100 to 102 parts of quartz powder, 218 to 220 parts of silica fume, 1060 to 1065 parts of coral sand, 243 to 245 parts of seawater, 6.7 to 7 parts of polycarboxylate superplasticizer and 18 to 36 parts of glass fiber. The elasticity modulus of the glass fiber is 70-80 GPa, the nominal length is 6-12 mm, the density is 2.4-2.7 g/cm < 3 >, the breaking strength is 400-600 Mpa, and the melting point is 680 DEG C. The preparation method comprises the following steps: firstly, preparing a cementing material, then preparing gelatinous slurry, then adding glass fibers, dispersing to obtain a concrete material, and finally, pouring and curing the concrete material to obtain the required glass fiber coral sand concrete. The strength, stability and durability of the coral sand concrete can be improved, and the service life of the coral sand concrete is effectively prolonged.
