The light-cured aluminum oxide ceramic slurry comprises nano aluminum oxide powder, photosensitive resin, a photoinitiator, a dispersing agent and a free radical polymerization inhibitor; in the light-cured aluminum oxide ceramic slurry, the mass fraction of the nano aluminum oxide powder is 70%-82%, the mass fraction of the photosensitive resin is 10%-28%, the mass fraction of the photoinitiator is 0.5%-3%, the mass fraction of the dispersing agent is 1%-5%, and the mass fraction of the free radical polymerization inhibitor is 0.15%-0.25%; the photosensitive resin is a mixture of 1, 6-hexanediol diacrylate, polyethylene glycol diacrylate and trimethylolpropane triacrylate according to a mass ratio of 1: (0.8 to 1.2): (1.2 to 1.5). A product prepared from the photo-cured aluminum oxide ceramic slurry prepared by the invention through 3D printing is high in printing precision, good in integrity and excellent in formability.
