High-strength ceramic product and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to the technical field of ceramic products, in particular to a high-strength ceramic product and a preparation method thereof.On one hand, granite waste, coal cinder, gold tailings and copper tailings serve as raw materials and are sintered to prepare a glaze powder component, and the effect of resource recycling can be achieved; the granite waste contains high silicon dioxide and other components which have positive effects on the fusibility, glossiness and hardness of the glaze, and the components in the coal cinder possibly influence the color, glossiness and the like of the glaze, so that the glaze surface is more uniform and brighter; on the other hand, the silicon carbide whisker prepared from silicon carbide, silicon powder and activated carbon as raw materials is added into the ceramic product, so that the impact toughness and shock resistance of the ceramic material can be remarkably improved, the risk that the ceramic material is broken due to impact in the use process is reduced, and the overall strength of the ceramic material is improved; after the carbon fibers are subjected to strong acid oxidation treatment, reactive oxygen-containing groups such as carboxyl and hydroxyl are generated on the surfaces of the carbon fibers, so that the strength of the ceramic material and the ceramic product is improved.
本发明涉及陶瓷制品技术领域,具体涉及一种高强度陶瓷制品及其制备方法,本发明一方面以花岗石废料、煤渣、黄金尾矿和铜尾矿为原料经烧结制得釉料粉体组分,能够起到资源再利用的效果;花岗石废料中含有较高的二氧化硅等成分,对釉料的熔融性、光泽度和硬度有积极作用,煤渣中的成分也可能对釉料的颜色、光泽等产生影响,使釉面更加均匀、亮丽;另一方面,以碳化硅、硅粉和活性炭为原料制得的碳化硅晶须加入陶瓷制品中,能够显著提高陶瓷材料的冲击韧性和抗震性,降低其在使用过程中因受到冲击而破裂的风险,提高陶瓷材料的整体强度;对碳纤维进行强酸氧化处理后使其表面产生可反应的羧基、羟基等含氧基团,从而提升陶瓷材料及陶瓷制品的强度。
