A transverse storage cavity and a vertical storage cavity are formed in the storage barrel; counterweight parts are sequentially placed in the transverse containing cavity and the vertical containing cavity in a staggered mode. According to the device, the balance weight storage frame is controlled to move along the designated containing cavity, all sets of balance weight parts in the storage barrel are put in one by one, a traditional stacking placement mode is replaced, the balance weight parts are prevented from being crushed in the putting-in process, the balance weight adjusting efficiency is improved, and the practicability is high. And therefore, the ramming efficiency is improved.
