The invention relates to the technical field of sanitation vehicles, and discloses a road sweeper air blowing structure and a road sweeper, a fan suitable for dust collection and an air outlet cavity communicated with an air outlet of the fan are arranged in the road sweeper, and the road sweeper air blowing structure comprises an air channel and a blowing nozzle. The air channel is formed in the road sweeper, and the blowing nozzle is connected to the road sweeper and communicates with the air outlet cavity. According to the road sweeper, when the non-motorized vehicle lane is swept, the road sweeper moves forwards along the first side of the non-motorized vehicle lane and conducts sweeping. When the fan works, after air is exhausted to the air outlet cavity, airflow enters the blowing nozzle through the air channel and then is blown out of the blowing nozzle. And along with forward driving of the road sweeper, the road sweeper cleans garbage on the first side of the non-motorized vehicle lane, and air blown outwards by the blowing nozzles blows the garbage in an area which cannot be covered by the road sweeper to the motorized vehicle lane. Due to the fact that air blown out of the blowing nozzle comes from the fan arranged in the road sweeper and used for collecting dust, a fan specially used for providing air flow for the blowing nozzle does not need to be additionally arranged, cost is reduced, and occupied space is reduced.
