The driving assembly comprises a motor arranged outside the channel, a rotating shaft arranged at the output end of the motor, a transmission gear arranged on the outer wall of the rotating shaft and a mounting frame arranged on the outer wall of the rotating shaft, by arranging a scraping brush, when the first blocking net is blocked by suspended solids, the motor is started, the second blocking net begins to move downwards for blocking, and the scraping brush moves, so that the suspended solids are blocked by the second blocking net; and therefore, the first blocking net can be scraped and swept, suspended solids are cleaned into the collecting frame, and cleaning is convenient.
