The invention discloses a multifunctional hydraulic subsurface drilling photovoltaic pile driver which comprises a subsurface drilling pile driver and a pile driver main shaft arranged in the subsurface drilling pile driver, and relates to the technical field of pile driving equipment. A submerged drill bit is fixedly mounted at one end of a main shaft of the pile driver, a slurry path system and an air path system are fixedly mounted on one side of the submerged drill pile driver, a driving drill bit for submerged drilling is arranged on the periphery of the submerged drill bit, and a channel for outputting materials in the slurry path system or the air path system is arranged on one side of the submerged drill bit. The submerged drill bit outputs slurry through the slurry path system to support a structure after drilling and outputs gas through the gas path system to assist in drilling open circuit, so that in the submerged drilling process, on one hand, the submerged drill bit can assist in submerged drilling operation through the driving drill bit on the periphery of the submerged drill bit and assist in drilling open circuit through the gas of the gas path system; and on the other hand, the hole wall is filled and structurally supported through the slurry path system, so that material filling after drilling is not needed, and relative safety is guaranteed in the drilling process.
