The invention discloses a construction process for drilling and planting a prefabricated tubular pile, and relates to the technical field of tubular pile planting, and the construction process comprises the following steps: connecting a first steel guard column with a rotary excavating power head, rotating the rotary excavating power head and applying downward pressure so as to vertically implant the first steel guard column into the land; the embedded first steel protection column protrudes out of the upper end face of the land, and the first steel protection column is clamped through a bottom clamping mechanism; the first steel protection column and the rotary excavating power head are detached, the second steel protection column is sequentially connected with the first steel protection column and the rotary excavating power head, then the first steel protection column is loosened by the bottom clamping mechanism, the second steel protection column and the first steel protection column are integrally implanted into the land through rotation of the rotary excavating power head and application of downward pressure, and a dry excavating hole is formed; and the grouting guide pipe is positioned and placed in the middle of the dry digging hole through lifting equipment. The problem that in the prior art, a plurality of countersunk bolts need to be installed and tightened on two steel protection cylinders, and the time needed in the installation and disassembly process is increased is solved.
