The invention belongs to the technical field of trench construction, and discloses a narrow trench pipeline installation backfilling structure which comprises a soil layer and a trench formed in the top of the soil layer. Through cooperation of a bearing assembly, a pipeline and other structures, a second threaded rod is rotated to force an extension plate, a tension spring telescopic plate and a spring telescopic plate to move till the side face of the tension spring telescopic plate makes contact with the periphery of the pipeline, the top of the spring telescopic plate does not make contact with all metal blocks gradually, and the top of the spring telescopic plate and the bottom of the spring telescopic plate are located on the same horizontal plane; the distances between the edge of the pipeline and the inner wall of the groove are not equal, the pipeline can make better contact with a soil layer by adjusting the extending distance of a spring telescopic plate, after the pipeline is completely covered with soil, the spring telescopic plate is turned over by 180 degrees, all metal blocks descend, the bottom of a second metal plate is adjusted to make contact with the top of the turned-over spring telescopic plate, and then the pipeline is protected. And therefore, the three tamping assemblies can conduct tamping work on the soil layer at the same time, and the working efficiency of the device is improved.
