According to the scheme, the arc-shaped cable groove is formed, the cable body can be prevented from forming a bending point, the relative distance between the upper connecting plate and the lower connecting plate can be adjusted according to the needed jacking distance, the jacking function is achieved, and tensioning of the CFRP cable is avoided.
