The main rod body comprises a bottom support, a vertical rod and a top support; the bottom support comprises a base, a base and a first adjusting piece, the first adjusting piece is vertically adjusted on the base, and the base abuts against the upper side of the first adjusting piece; the top support comprises a top seat and a second adjusting piece, the second adjusting piece is vertically adjusted on the top seat, and the top seat is inserted into the top end of the vertical rod; the vertical rod comprises at least one adjusting rod; the adjusting rod pieces are sequentially connected in an inserted mode in the vertical direction, the adjusting rod located at the bottommost end is connected into the base in an inserted mode, and the top base is connected into the adjusting rod located at the topmost end in an inserted mode. A guide rod used for being inserted into the lower adjusting rod is arranged at the bottom of the upper adjusting rod between every two adjacent adjusting rods. The adaptability of the water delivery gallery support can be improved.
