The invention relates to building construction, in particular to a construction method for preventing slab staggering of a formwork-removal-free truss floor support plate. The method comprises the following steps: S1, manufacturing a truss floor support plate; s2, the truss floor support plates are connected before leaving a factory, according to a deepening drawing, bottom plates of the truss floor support plates which are longitudinally adjacent in structure are connected into a paving unit through first connecting pieces, and the upper plate surfaces of the two bottom plates are flush with each other; s3, the truss floor support plate is transported to a construction site; s4, truss floor support plate units are laid, and the truss floor support plate units are laid on supporting beams of the structure; and S5, second connecting pieces are installed, specifically, the second connecting pieces are installed between the bottom plates of the transversely adjacent truss floor support plates, and the upper plate faces of the two bottom plates are flush. The truss floor support plates are connected through the first connecting pieces before transportation, the integrity of the truss floor support plates during transportation and hoisting is improved, the truss floor support plates are connected between the bottom plates through the second connecting pieces during paving, the slab staggering phenomenon during concrete pouring is avoided, and the building cost is reduced due to the fact that plate gaps are too large.
本发明涉及建筑施工,特别是一种防止免拆模桁架楼承板错台的施工方法。按如下步骤进行:S1、制作桁架楼承板;S2、桁架楼承板出厂前连接,根据深化图纸,将结构上纵向相邻的桁架楼承板的底板通过第一连接件连接为铺装单元,两个底板的上板面平齐;S3、桁架楼承板运输至施工现场;S4、铺装桁架楼承板单元,将桁架楼承板单元铺装到结构的支撑梁上;S5、安装第二连接件,横向相邻的桁架楼承板的底板之间安装第二连接件,两个底板的上板面平齐。本发明在运输前采用第一连接件连接桁架楼承板,增加桁架楼承板运输及吊运时的整体性,铺装时底板间采用第二连接件连接桁架楼承板,避免浇筑混凝土时出现错台现象以及板件缝隙过大降低建筑成本。
