Construction method for protecting building in-situ reservation and foundation pit cover excavation
The invention discloses a construction method for retaining an original site of a protection building and covering and excavating a foundation pit, which utilizes a support changing structure and a jacking device, takes a supporting pile as a supporting point, jacks and raises the whole protection building, and provides an operation space for a top plate. After construction of a first-layer structural beam plate is completed, the protection building integrally falls back to a top plate, earthwork and supports of a foundation pit below the top plate are normally constructed, and original site reservation and underground space development of the protection building are achieved. The bearing piles and the enclosure structure provide vertical support for the top plate and a supporting system in the foundation pit. The supporting piles are used as supporting points, the whole protection building is jacked and improved, and after the top plate is constructed and reaches the strength, the whole protection building falls back to the top plate, so that underground space development of the protection building is completed, and the protection building is reserved on the original site. The problems that a traditional underground development method of the protection building can cause certain damage to the protection building in the building translation process, building protection and repairing are not facilitated, and the construction cost is high are solved.
