The embodiment of the invention provides a panel lock and a door, and the panel lock comprises a base which is provided with an opening; the spring bolt is arranged on the base in a relatively sliding manner; the lock catch mechanism is arranged on the base; the handle is arranged on the base in a relatively rotating mode, and when the handle rotates in the first direction relative to the base, the handle can abut against the spring bolt and push the spring bolt to retract relative to the base; when the handle rotates in a second direction opposite to the first direction relative to the base, the handle can be locked to the lock catch mechanism, the lock catch mechanism limits the handle to rotate in the first direction, the handle shields the opening, and when the handle continues to rotate in the second direction relative to the base, the lock catch mechanism relieves limitation on the handle. Through the arrangement, a user can press the handle to enable the handle to shield the opening of the base, so that the risk that dust in the environment enters the base is reduced, the service life is prolonged, and meanwhile, the user can conveniently pull up the handle to enable the spring bolt to retract.
